Fitness should be a top priority for every preconception, pregnant and postpartum woman. In your training, we’ll address your specific muscular imbalances and the core fundamentals needed to strengthen, rebalance and restore your body, mind and soul.  And no worries if you don’t have child care.  Babies make great weights!

Joanie holds a BA in Dance from Slippery Rock University, is a NCCPT certified personal trainer, a certified Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist and holds further certifications in: Pilates Mat, TRX for Pilates, Thai Massage and CPR
