Immunity Boosting Kale Smoothie
Feeling run down? Whip up this kale smoothie to boost your immune system.
Side note, I prefer blending to juicing because the ingredients retain all the fiber. Fiber is our friend 🙂

Serving size: 1 person
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 cups of kale leaves, stems removed, tightly packed
- 1 inch of fresh, ginger, finely chopped
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ground chia
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
Toss it all in a blender on the highest setting for 45 seconds and enjoy!
