I started my health coaching and personal training business in 2010 and have worked with many moms and moms-to-be throughout the years. They all have one thing in common.  They want what’s absolute best for their family, which they will do anything to achieve, but they also want to feel human, strong, healthy and maintain their independence as a person.

Out of this came the creation of BodyBond.

BodyBond  is a workout and health coaching exclusively for the preconception, pregnant, and postpartum body.  It’s designed to strengthen the muscles needed for pregnancy, labor, delivery and recovery.  BodyBond will energize, empower and instill the confidence to exercise safely and eat healthy in a supportive, unbiased environment of peaceful-yet powerful-women. BodyBond is more than just health coaching and a workout.
