Two- Step Banana Ice Cream
- 4 bananas
- 1/2 C almond milk
- 2 Tbs “real” maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Slice the bananas into 1/4″ rounds. Place on wax paper and freeze on a cookie tray.
- Combine frozen bananas slices, almond milk, 2 Tbs maple syrup, and vanilla in a food processor until the texture is soft and creamy.
* Spruce it up with chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, a sprinkle of sea salt, etc!
