Banana Ice Cream


That’s all I have to say about this recipe.  Make it for yourself and see!

Two- Step Banana Ice Cream


  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 C almond milk
  • 2 Tbs “real” maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Slice the bananas into 1/4″ rounds.  Place on wax paper and freeze on a cookie tray.
  2. Combine frozen bananas slices, almond milk, 2 Tbs maple syrup, and vanilla in a food processor until the texture is soft and creamy.

* Spruce it up with chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, a sprinkle of sea salt, etc!
