I believe fitness should be a top priority for every preconception, pregnant and postpartum woman. In your training, we’ll address specific muscular imbalances and the core fundamentals needed to strengthen, re-balance and prepare your body for pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Together, we will:

  • Reduce aches and pains during/after pregnancy and in your daily life
  • Strengthen and prepare your body for an easier pregnancy, delivery and complete postpartum recovery
  • Regain a feeling of control over your changing body
  • Re-establish proper posture, alignment, and muscular balance
  • Gain strength and appropriate musculature for motherhood
  • Prevent Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor dysfunction
  • Address problems like lower back pain, pelvic pain, SI joint pain, knee pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction

Training Includes:

Your initial consultation to assess imbalances, set goals and/or discuss your pregnancy experience and/or birth story, create a measurable plan to track progress and results

45 min virtual workouts

A required commitment of 5 sessions minimum
