In your training, we’ll use a corrective exercise approach to address specific muscular imbalances and the core fundamentals needed to strengthen, re-balance and prepare your body for pregnancy, birth and keep it strong and pain free through parenthood.

Together, we will:

  • Reduce aches and pains during/after pregnancy and in your daily life
  • Strengthen and prepare your body for an easier pregnancy, delivery and complete postpartum recovery
  • Regain a feeling of control over your changing body
  • Re-establish proper posture, alignment, and muscular balance
  • Gain strength and appropriate musculature for motherhood
  • Prevent Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor dysfunction
  • Address problems like lower back pain, pelvic pain, SI joint pain, knee pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction

Virtual Training Includes:

An initial 20 min consultation (free) to assess imbalances, set goals and/or discuss your pregnancy/ postpartum experience and/or birth story. 

30 min virtual workouts: $75
